Hacienda De La Siesta is a fully solar powered villa designed for both comfort and entertainment, boasting
587m² of living space with breathtaking mountain views, sub-tropical gardens, and an organic vegetable
garden (seasonal availability). It also has its own fresh water supply via our well. Key features include:

Important Information

Under the tourist rental contract, all guests are required to provide a copy of their photo ID upon check-in.

The property’s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded as declared at booking.
In case of emergency services, it’s essential to know the exact number of guests on the property.

Arrival Details
Please inform Tony our Estate Manager of your expected arrival time in advance. You can include this
information in when booking or contact us directly using the details provided in your confirmation.

Property Policies
The villa does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Damage Deposit
A €450 damage deposit is required upon arrival, payable in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full upon
check-out, provided no damage or issues are identified during the inspection.
